We work with a number of valid partners, capable of manufacturing dies and die holders, as well as spur cutters, to customers’ defined and consolidated designs. Usually, die construction follows the prototype step.

All dies are delivered to customers with certifications for the steel used and the heat treatments performed. High-quality tool steel guarantees long tool service life and consistent product quality. Die construction is followed by the sampling step for tool validation.
